Hi swappers . . . Let's follow along with THIS TUTORIAL to create a mini flip folio for our partners. I'm not certain whether the tutor gives all the measurements, but HER base piece measures 3"x12" (I think ;+) You may certainly go larger than 3" if you choose. If you don't have Velcro dots, simply create another type of closure--be creative. See you there!
