Welcome to the Round Robin Traveling PC Swap Series. This is Week 205. I’m happy to announce that @Carrii has officially passed this swap to me and I’m excited to keep it going. The goal is to send out postcards, and eventually have them come back to you. Cards are sender’s choice and can be any type of 4x6 postcard, including homemade or ad cards, as long as they’re sturdy enough to mail, and fit USPS guidelines. If this is your first round: Select 2 postcards (1 for each of your partners), and write your own name and address on the "deliver to" side of each card. Add a Forever stamp. Then write your user name, the name of the swap and the date started at the top of the message side. You will then send one to each of your partners** in an envelope.** Include a swap card or note on the envelope so your partner knows the swap name and who to rate upon receipt. Extras are sender's choice and NOT required. If you participated in previous rounds send the cards you have on-hand in this round to your new partners. You can always add new cards, but you have to send ones already received. Note that there are multiple round robin postcards series on Swap-bot. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE SENDING CARDS FOR THE CORRECT SERIES. THIS SERIES SHOULD BE IDENTIFIED AS THE "RRTPC" OR ROUND ROBIN TRAVELING PC". Each round, add your username, city, state, date, outside temp, and a **very short note or quote to the message side of the card, and send the cards when partners are assigned. If you don't have cards on-hand, simply start new ones and send by the deadline. When a PC is full, sign the bottom with your username and date, and drop it in the mail to the person who started the card. Plan to participate every week, or at least every other week. If possible, try to avoid sending a card to someone who has already signed it. Reminder (related to some complaints): You are responsible for adding stamps to your own starter cards. Please consider joining the RRTPC Group. If you need to take a break or drop from the series, please mail the cards you have to me, and I'll keep them circulation. Please do not send a half empty card home. I'm glad to reimburse you for the postage! Thanks for making this one of the best swaps on Swap-Bot! |
