USATC: Used Postage Stamp Background ATC

For this swap, you'll make one standard ATC and cover the whole thing with used postage stamps making the background. You can go with a theme (i.e. all floral stamps) or color, or just a mish-mash of stamps. Then embellish further with whatever mediums/ephemera you wish. Put the swap name and your info on the back and mail in a protective sleeve.
