1st sender:

  • creat a background and collage it with 4 to 5 ephemera pieces on the postcard. You may add any decorative elements as you may wish to your postcard.

  • divide the writing area on the back and write the swap bot details on top and leave a space below for your partner to write it later.

  • write your address clearly on right side as per-normal and mail it in an envelope to your swap partner.

  • this is optional but you can provide plastic sleeve when mailing if you prefer a return postcard with plastic sleeve.

Swap partner:

  • upon receiving the postcard from your partner, rate the swap you receive and continuing collaging it. Added 4 to 5 ephemera pieces to complete the postcard. Beautify the postcard as you please.

  • write your swap bot details behind on the empty space provided, add a postage stamp and mail it back naked to swap partner.

  • please do not hold onto the postcard for long. Suggestion: If possible, please mail back the postcard within a week upon receiving it.
