I like this swap but the postage is so restrictive I never sent anything international except a light weight letter.

Lot of these items will not be flat if I send them, they will have to be in a bubble envelope. Only paper items will be flat.

Flat does not mean paper flat, it can also be bubble enveloppe. In switzerland, 2 cm is considered flat. You can send paper crafts and fabric, ehich includes many types of ceafts. With a little supplement you can send anything under 5cm thick, which gives a lot of freedom
