MFF: Snowy Cardinal Tag

Hello ladies . . .

For this swap, we'll be creating a tag featuring a beautiful cardinal in winter snow!

Your tag should measure 2.75"x5.5", begin with a sturdy base, have your info on a covered back, with a top center treatment.

My dad always called them 'red birds.' They're frequent visitors to the bird feeders on my deck and in deep winter, when all the leaves have gone from the trees, I love to look out and see that pop of red sitting on a bare branch!
