International - You must have a reliable mail service and can generally expect international mail to arrive within 5 weeks.

1 index card mini deco for 1 partner.

New or established.

The usual applies, make sure the deco isn't made for or by your partner and that your partner has not signed or passed on the deco.

(Let's try to keep the ICM deco lettermail size so no additional postage is needed. If it's a little booklet is a little thick it's a good idea to mail the ICM open at the spine instead of folded at the spine to avoid surpassing the 1/4" thickness.)

If you're making a new ICM deco:

• Fold an index card (or card-weight paper - 5" x 3") in half to make a little 2.5" X 3" book cover.
• Choose whatever theme you would like (including open-theme), sender's choice.
• The front and back covers (and inside front and back covers if you choose) are yours to decorate and add info like your username, email, swap name, and return mailing address.
• Include just 1 or 2 folded pages that are bound in the middle. For the inside paper
  • I recommend computer paper weight for the inner pages instead of more index card. Use a lighter weight paper that's thin but sturdy enough for gluing and won't tear away from the binding.These little books get thick easily and can be hard to close, especially if 2 folded pages are used making 8-10 pages to decorate.
