Description:

It has been 5 years since I hosted a swap like this. I ended up swapping with about 3 people from that swap, and had a great time doing it. I do hope this one brings joy to swappers as well:

Hi there Swappers! Sometimes I find myself wishing that I could swap something that I make (and feel that I am good at) for something that you are good at making. For example, I might want to swap a sewn item for something done with crochet or knit. Or I might want to swap some stickers that I designed and had digitally cut out for some handmade cards. You get the idea!

This swap serves 2 purposes : 1) it gives me ideas for swaps that I can host (or other swappers might want to host) 2) it connects swappers who might want to do private swaps. For example, if I see that Suzy does knitted socks and wants to swap for embroidered dishtowels then I can now contact her.

WHAT TO DO IN THIS SWAP: Below in the comments section type "looking to swap my ________ for your _________". Be SPECIFIC with the crafts you are making that you want to swap. It cannot say papercrafts or anything. It must be specific such as ATC, knitted socks, embroidered tote, etc.. Also, type in what you are looking to receive. You may add "open to other crafts not listed" as an addition at the end of your comment.

See my first comment and then follow suit. When partners are assigned all you have to do is find your partners comment. If they included both what they want to give and what they want to receive then they get a 5. Hearts, as always, at your discretion.

I am including a rating requirement on this one as no one wants to swap with really low ratings. However, I am setting it at 4.88 because you get to decide ultimately who, if anyone, you are going to actually swap with. Newbies are welcome in this swap. Also, I am allowing international as we aren't actually mailing anything in this swap. If you choose to swap with someone on here please PM them directly. Do not flood the comments section below with discussions.

Looking to swap my: sewn goods (quilts, bags, mug rugs, placemats, table runner, hair ties, many items but not clothing) or my handmade greeting cards, ATCs, memorydex cards

For Your: ATC, memorydex cards, box of snacks/treats from your local area, knitted or crochet items -- OPEN to other crafts as well - homemade only unless we are talking about treats/snacks which I prefer your locally bought due to sanitary/health reasons.
