Description:

For this swap you will take a decorated napkin (novelty) and glue it to an envelope.

This is so easy and fun. Just use a glue stick and don’t forget to remove the napkin liner first!!

Smooth out your napkin once placed as much as possible. it will still have some creases but it’s not a big deal.

I like to use the longer envelopes and rectangle napkins but you can use whatever you choose.

Add a label and address to your partner as normal.

Please include a note with your user name, swap name, and date.

You can find decorated napkins at places like Joann’s Fabric, TJ Max, Tuesday Morning, Target, etc…..

Have fun and swap away!

Okay, what's the trick to making these? Can you comment with links to good YouTube videos? Should I cover the whole envelope with glue then place the napkin (without the liner) over the glue???

I follow on YouTube for cling wrap paper napkin crafts.

You can use whatever method you like. Try it a couple times before you do the swap. I used a glue stick then covered the envelope with a mod podge spray. I am waiting to hear how it traveled through the mail. @Highlander18 has another way and hers always look great!

This video gives a pretty clear demo of the cling wrap method.
