For this swap “decorative” means more than one sticker, washi, doodle, stamped image or otherwise bright, cheerful, happy ornamental aspect on the outer mailed packaging that’ll tell the recipient what they’ve received is gonna be good, fun, smile-worthy mail! 🎨No boring, plain, or sad mail that blends in with the bills and junk that’s usually in our mailboxes, okay! 💌
