Description:

Hello! Your town has been living in a post apocalyptic world for around 6 weeks now. The town decided yesterday that a trading post needs to be organized, and asked residents to think of products that they can make to trade.

In your notecard, list your apoplectic event, what your ideas are that you have the supplies for. What are some items that you are needing to get in the barter.

Example: I have lots of yarn. I will knit mittens to offer in a barter or trade. I need apples, cough medicine or an 8th grade workbook for school.

Be creative. Be sure to fill out the notecard. Rating is 4.98 As always, I will angel for flakers.

I agree that the 4.9 minimum rating is low. I have started coming to swaps the day before the cutoff, seeing the rating spread on participants and dropping from swaps if there are too many people with ratings below 4.98 AND who use "life happens" or "family is more important than a swap" as excuses for 3s or 1s. I don't disagree with those statements, but I've somehow gotten every swap out that I've ever signed up for out on time despite life and family challenges. Swap-got used to be much more enjoyable and I'd join 5-10 swaps at a time. Now the only way I don't get flaked on is to drop out of swaps that allow people with ratings below 4.98. I'm joining now because I love the swap theme. I will probably drop if there are too many 3s and 1s among the participants.
