Swap Information

For this swap you will make three Paperclip Dangles for one partner. Paperclip Dangles may be attached to your journal / junk journal / The Dark Side Deconstructed Art Journal (DAJ) pages (if you’re working on this series), or any other place you want to attach them. The design elements and color scheme is “dark” which means gothic, occult, Tim Holtz, Poe-like, or vintage/Victorian, rather than cutesy Halloween. Please see the swap photo for examples.

Items you will need to make these are:

• Three 2 inch paperclips for the body of the dangle

• 3-6 bulb pins, safety pins or extra small paperclips for the attachment piece and an optional dangle extension

• Tiny scraps of fabric, paper, fibers, string, lace, tulle/netting, cheesecloth, wire, etc.

• Small beads, charms, confetti, quality mini stickers/die cuts, embellishments
