Tiny vintage treasures

I've wanted to host a swap like this for awhile now. I was inspired to finally host one after seeing some of the wonderful boxes for sale by office.of.collecting on Instagram.

For this swap, we'll fill a small box with tiny items (can be a mix of vintage and none vintage), and send it to our partner.

Rules:

• Please get a small box or container, around the size of an Altoids tin 3 inches by 2 inches.

• Fill it well with all sorts of small items. Please try to get at least half of the items to be vintage (20+ yrs old). Include a nice variety.

• Decorate the box a little or wrap it up. You can add stickers, ribbon, patterned paper, embellishments, etc. Or just wrap it up in paper or fabric. This is not necessarily a Christmas gift, but since we're sending around the Holidays, I thought we can try to make it look a little nice.

• Not profile based, you can start collecting items now. We have a week for watching, and a little over 2 weeks before the send deadline

Examples of things to send: buttons, beads, charms, miniatures, tiny ornaments, ribbon, lace, tiny toys, figurines, gumball machine prizes, cracker jack prizes, stickers, ephemera, cabochons, cell phone charms, sticker flakes, cupcake toppers, tiny jars, small stuffies, broken jewelry parts, etc. Another good place for inspiration is covetablecuriosities on Etsy.

Requirements to join:

• Minimum of 4.98 rating
• At least 10 Type 3 swaps rated. I have edited this requirement to 10, instead of 15. As always, I check profiles before assigning partners
• No unexplained ratings of 1 or 3 in the past 6 months
• U.S. only please. If you'd like to make an international version, please go ahead.

I will check all sign ups, and remove if necessary. I will angel as well.
