Description:

Thank you to @Jbondbull for this AMAZINGLY CLEVER swap idea!!

Some of you may be familiar with Graham Beck's YouTube series Exploring Stamps. If not, you should definitely check it out; it's very interesting! 📬

Graham has ✨over 22,800 subscribers✨ on his YouTube channel. He regularly opens mail from his P.O. box and dives into the history and features of the stamps that come to him in the mail. 💌

For this swap, we will be mailing Graham a postcard from our respective countries, of course, with some stamps that we enjoy! If you live in the USA or Canada, you may also send a state or province-specific postcard.

Write about the group on your postcard. Keep in mind the amount of people who may hear about the group through this little project! You may want to include the fact that our group is on swap-bot.com and that it's open to all stamp collectors. If you wish, you can write out this short link that leads to our group: tinyurl.com/367y3u8b You could also share a favorite group memory, a swap you enjoyed, or why you think people should join us.

This is a Type 1 swap since we are not sending to each other, but to Graham. For swap-bot rating reasons, simply type out what you plan on writing on your postcard in the comment section below. Rate your partner a 5 if they leave a comment before the due date.

Exchanging stamps and postage ephemera on swap-bot.com has been a wonderful way to meet new collectors and travel the world through their postcards and letters!

Hi Graham! I’m new to actual stamp collecting, and I’m sure I don’t do things 100% correctly (yet), but I’m enjoying it immensely. I joined a group - International Stamp Collectors - on Swapbot.com. Through that, I was introduced to your YouTube channel just today. I love it! I subscribed and am looking forward to watching more of your videos. Wanda

Hello Mr Beck

Inside swap-bot.com is a group called the "International Stamp Collectors". We trade stamps, FDCs, etc. We're a growing group and would love for you to join us.

Sincerely

James Bullock

Today I received a postcard back from Graham! I'm guessing each of you did (or will) too. Very exciting! Mine was a Halloween PC with a Halloween stamp.

I replied to your message, but I’ll post my reply here, too.

ubject: RE: Graham Exploring Stamps Jafferty,

Wow! That IS exciting! Thanks for the message. I haven’t received anything back, but I don’t think I included my mailing address. I didn’t dream that he would answer mail.

Wanda 😊👍📬
