SSM #ShareYourCare Day Challenge and Connection

Sept 9th is #ShareYourCare day - sponsored by the Care Bears and something I think we could all use more of, love and kindness.

For this swap you will perform at least one act of kindness/caring. Then send a postcard to your partner telling what you did and how little random acts of kindness add value and happiness to your everyday life.

Swap participation is as simple as doing something nice for someone else. Online or in person - OR in the mail :D

some ideas to get you inspired

Treat a friend to a day out. Run an errand or bring home a surprise without being asked. Help a neighbor. Organize a trash clean-up in your community or next to the local roadways. Buy a meal for a family in need. Volunteer your time. Pledge funds to a cause that is important to you or your community. Send a fun card/gift to a friend. Call someone you haven't spoken to in a while and tell them what they mean to you. Pay for the meal of the person behind you in the line. ANYTHING that spreads kindness and caring.

The #ShareYourCare movement is all about acts of kindness, big and small.
