WIYM: Decoupaged Napkin Tags

Hi swappers!

Let's follow THIS tutorial to create 3 decoupaged napkin tags for our partners.

The tags you create for your partner should:

• measure at least 2.5"x5"

• be built on a sturdy base

• have a decoupaged napkin on the front

• have plain paper on the back for journaling

• have some type of embellishment on the front (word, image,etc)

• have an embellishment or a hole with a textile at the top center

You should begin with a base piece measuring at least 5"x7.5"; go larger and you'll have some left over for yourself ;+)

Be creative and embellish in a way that coordinates with the napkin(s) you choose. Lots of creative freedom!
