Description:
For this swap you will create an ATC that features crackle. The crackle can be anywhere on the ATC. You can crackle the whole thing or just a spot.....your choice. You can use any medium or method to achieve the crackle look such as GLUE, Deco Art Mediums, Other store bought mediums. You may also use rubber stamps or stencils. Please make sure you send a high quality ATC to your partner... mount it on a sturdy backing & mail it securely. Happy Swapping!!
