Description:

National Seashell Day kicks off the Summer Beach Season!

Please join this swap only if you live near a beach and can go collect shells for your partner. NO shells from stores, craft shops or that sort of things. This swap is to get YOU to the beach to collect them.

You will head to the beach and collect 3 or 4 interesting little shells for your partner! On a little note, tell your partner where you collected the shells, what brought your attention to them and your favorite thing about the beach! You don't have to wait for partners to be assigned to start shell hunting. This is a Sender's choice swap.

Wrap the shells individually in paper towels as to keep them from being broken. Pack them in a small box with crinkled newspaper or paper towels to ensure they arrive safe and sound.

Don't forget to put the swap name and your swap-bot ID on the note too, for easy rating!

No, I don't live by the beach... but I do LOVE collecting seashells whenever I can! I have lot of beautiful shells (mostly from Sanibel/Captiva Islands) to share. Is this okay?

I love the beach, the waves & shells, sadly, the beaches nearby have far more rocks and even driftwood, when you can find it, than shells. I'd have to travel quite a ways to find a beach with shells...

Iโ€™d need to borrow someoneโ€™s airplane
