SSM: May reading goals notecard and surprise

For this swap you will choose a notecard for your partner (no holiday or thank you ones please unless your partner states in the comments that they particularly like those). Inside the card you will write any May reading goals you have, if you've reached any of them, any books coming out this month you are excited about (if any), and what you are currently reading.

You will also include one small flat surprise for your partner.

Group rating applies, along with no late swaps on dash, and logging in at least three days before swap start.
