You will send one partner 1 thing for each letter in swap-bot for the letter it starts with. for example.... send a note to tell what letter and dash each item is for.

S for scarf

W for white or something to use for writing

A something with apples etc

And so on with each letter

For the dash in swap-bot send something that you think they will like.

or may have something on it that starts with the letter, like a pack of notecards with snow on it for S, make sure items like notecards, stickers, pens are in there packages, etc... all items brand new.

That will be a total of 8 items but they have to start with each letter in SWAP-BOT and the dash for a item, You may use your partners profile to see if they have stuff that start with that letter or you don't have to it is up to you so senders choice.

Please, when you get your swap, rate your partner, You cannot rate down if you do not like it. If you are late even one day on a swap as I check profiles, maybe you forgot to hit sent, even if your rating is good. sorry but I will still have to ban you from the swap, just protecting my swappers.

If you do not receive, please communicate with your partner and your host. If you can not communicate with your partner and host at all and just go ahead and give them a 1 without trying, You will not be in anymore of my swaps, without giving your partner a chance to resend. Mail gets lost. Give a person a chance to respond, If not, There is no need to be swapping as you are bringing down ratings on a person that may not be a flaker because you decided not to communicate. Think about it, you wouldn't want this to happen to you.

Will check everyone for recent 1s or 3s or if behind on other swaps, before I assign partners.
