VC: ATC with a Frame

I saw an image (on Pinterest, of course) of an "altered cabinet card", which set off bells in the part of my brain devoted to the creation and love of ATCs! The original image was a cabinet card, which of course we will not be using...and the "frame" is so elaborate that I can't imagine how many hours it took to make...but the IDEA definitely rang those bells! So. In our usual small format, let's put someone or something in something resembling a frame. It can be oval, rectangular, or whatever shape you choose. Decorate the outside of the "frame" beautifully, and send the completed project off with a happy heart!
