Embossed Papers

For this swap let’s dust off our embossing folders and mail some embossed papers to our partner.

The size of the paper will depend on the size of the folder. Let’s emboss a minimum of five papers and five shapes (circles, squares, hearts, ovals, tags, etc.) That is 10 total. Please try to not repeat the same patterns on the papers. Use a variety of folders, please. Actual paper choice is up to sender...cardstock, metallics, and vellum work well. White core colored cardstock would allow the recipient to sand for a distressed look...or it can be mailed already completing that step. Inking on white papers can be left to partner so they can choose a color that works with their project.

Embossed papers may be used as backgrounds or layering for cards, embellishments, and even ATC’s. The added element of texture elevates the project so it is very “touchable” and adds a Wow! factor. Just a reminder...this swap requires using folders...not already embossed papers in paper pads.
