I think this will be a fun ATC to make. Hope you agree. Using whatever sea creature(s) you want, make a scene that represents an underwater Christmas! suggestions: put a tree under the water, have somebody or everyone wear a Santa hat, or an Ugly Xmas sweater, have Santa visit - you get the drift. Use your imagination and make a great Xmasy underwater ATC.
