For this swap you will write a one page letter using the "cowboy" code. Handwritten please. Because the PO won't have the cypher you'll have to address it in English. Teee hee hee... I'm excited! USA only. Because this swap isnt profile based you can start your letter now, so long as you are confident in your ratings. A rating of 4.97 will be required and 10 or more rated type two swaps. As always I reserve the right to ban at my discretion. Please include the name of the swap and your user name so your partner can give you a rating! I am willing to angel if anyone gets flaked on.
