In this swap we’ll create an ATC resembling a Star Wars postage stamp, including these 3 (three) basic parts:

1. Vignette
2. Frame or margin
3. Inscription(s):
   • Place of issue
   • Face value
   • Title of design

Vignette – this is the central part of the stamp design. The vignette often depicts the profile of famous people on postage stamps. Sometimes, the vignette also shows animals, places, and other noteworthy objects. This will obviously be the senders choice, however, check partner profiles to confirm dislikes are avoided.

Frame or margin – this refers to the borders surrounding the stamp's main “vignette” design. Older stamp issues usually have narrow borders, whereas newer postal stamps have larger borders. A perfectly centered stamp has equal sizes of margin on all sides.

Inscriptions – these marks help in postage stamp identification. A postal stamp is inscribed with texts or information regarding its issuing state, district, or country, its face value, name of the design’s artist, and the title of the design. Stamp secret marks or microtext are (optional) hidden letters, numerical series, and other devices that are included in the stamp’s design to avoid counterfeiting.

Perforations around the edge are optional.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ATCs must measure 2.5x3.5” and be on 120# card stock or sturdier backing.
• Art may be presented in landscape or portrait orientation.
• Cards must be sent in a protective sleeve or casing of some kind.
• Any medium except simply crayon is acceptable.
• Stickers and/or washi tape may only cover 25% of the art piece, if used.
• User name, date and title of your piece should be on back of each card.
• Swap title may be included on a separate piece of paper.

3 - I got my stuff, but it didn't meet the posted swap requirements (including shipping on time). Though always - communicate with you partner and/or swap coordinator in advance!

There should be NO reason for angels in this group, but the founder or officer will angel if necessary. If it is necessary, you will be removed from the group and any other group the founder admins.
