SMSUSA: Match-A-Stamp Mail Art #1

Hi swappers!

For this swap, you'll be selecting a postage stamp or stamps and creating an envelope that somehow 'matches' the stamp(s) you chose. Here are some ideas on how to match your stamp(s):

• select a wildflower stamp and draw/paint/collage wildflowers onto your envelope

• select a primarily blue postage stamp and create your envelope out of primarily blue paper

• select a dinosaur stamp and print out a dinosaur image and decorate your envelope with the dinosaur you printed

These are just simple suggestions--be creative!

Please include a little surprise for your partner inside the envelope you created. You'll actually be mailing the envelope you created.

You're welcome to use any type of media to 'match' your stamp--paint, markers, washi tape, collage papers, etc.
