Use you best ideas to create a Fall-Themed tag. This will not be for a gift but a tag. Feel free to embellish, hole at the top with ribbon, twine, yarn. Size approx. 2.5x4.5 inches, the back does not have to be decorated, but, nice paper please. Will angel if needed.
