Description:

Shaker cards are fun to do - why not make a 3 x 5" rolo one?

Here's a link that shows one way to do it, and JD shows you how to make 10 different cards. Card #2 shows a flatter card, which might be better for mailing.

These are showing how to make greeting type cards, but what's the difference? You can make a shaker card from any card making activity - like rolo's!

Basically, find a die-cut that you think would make a wonderful shaker subject, and use it.

To reiterate:

  1. Find a nice piece of 3 x 5" paper for the background (to compliment whatever "stuff" you put in your shaker.
  2. Find some nice paper for the cover of your rolo.
  3. Add some embellishments to set off your shaker piece.
  4. If you want to add a sentiment, go for it.

It's been too long, so let's have some fun.

I've never made a shaker rolo, but I thought the inukshuk shape would make a great shaker rolo. Not that I've ever seen an inukshuk die, but would love one!
