RF: January Themed Large Rolo

For some reason, my mind has turned to creating a series of swaps...I hosted a monthly tag swap for the purpose of creating a tag book tied with ribbon and lace...and for this group, I'd like to host a monthly series of altered rolos. So for this first in the series, let's create a large (3x5) altered rolo with a January theme. The details are up to you, except for the following two requirements: there must be a carnation or snowdrop (traditional flowers for the month of January), and something representing garnet, which is the gem for January. It doesn't need to be literal, such as a picture of a garnet, but maybe you'd like to use the color (such a beautiful dark rich red) or even the word "garnet" somewhere on your rolo.
