Description:

Its time for the third granny square swap! Grab your hooks and your envelopes and get ready <3

Instructions are copied and pasted from my previous granny square swaps:

love using my left over scrap yarn to make all sorts of different granny squares. Either basic, solid color, or those with more intricate designs.

I also love when things are put together through found objects to create one giant piece! So I'm creating this series of swaps to do just that.

For this swap, you will create one (1) granny square for two (2) partners. Each granny square is senders choice! So the size stays the same, we are doing three round granny squares with size J (6 mm) hooks. Let's stick with acrylic yarn to make it consistent and cost friendly. This series of swaps will continue until a blanket is complete so make sure you join each one! (Yarn size is worsted weight, since I forgot to mention and finished granny square should be around 3.5 inches <3)

Any questions can be posted down below or PM'd to me and I will happily answer them. If the instructions don't make sense I'll be happy to clarify more.

Newbies are allowed, but only with well filled out profiles! I will be checking. No recent/unexplained 1s or 3s.

Happy swapping!

I'm not joining because I'm just learning, BUT I'm wondering if perhaps you have any insight into the more useful YouTube instructions on how to create a granny square? Thanks! :)

I would love to join, but the last time I sent something international, it cost me more than what I was sending.

Sorry to hear that! I've sent granny squares international by sandwiching them between a card and just placing them in an envelope and simply using a normal global forever stamp. The postage has come out to $1.15 each time and both have arrived with no problems <3

Can confirm, tried MadLittleCrafter’s trick, and it does work!
