VC: Altered Bingo Card: Halloween!

Hi swappers!

It's time to start getting out your Halloween crafting supplies!

For this swap you'll be creating an altered bingo card with a vintage Halloween theme for your partner.

You may use a plain bingo card or one of the many free Halloween blank printable cards found on pinterest. A standard bingo card measures 5"x5"; if yours is close to that measurement, you're fine.

Have fun embellishing your card with ribbons, lace, die cuts, buttons, etc., and please attach some type of hanger so your partner can decorate her house with your spooky creation!
