Why are there so few restrictions?

Folks who dabble in "junk" know that if they recvd something they cant use, for example in my case, I'll either just glue it or screw it to my wall. lolol Almost everything has a purpose.

If youve never done altered stuff before theres some things you just dont send like nails, screws; things that are that terribly common and I wouldnt send them anyway. Exception.... I have a super old chair tack around here that I would snip off the sharp piece off and just send the top. But they are not common therefore I wouldnt part with it.
