Zentangle experiment

When I'm creating a zentangle for a swap, I often don't want to try anything new or experimental. I want to send something awesome, and if the experiment doesn't work out, I'll have to start over for the swap! Does this happen to anyone else?

For this swap, do something experimental that you've wanted to try but that either just doesn't fit into the usual zentangle swaps or that you're worried won't turn out well. Then send your zentangle to your partner, along with a note about your experiment and how it turned out.

What you try is entirely up to you and everything about this swap is sender's choice. Color, size, shape, material, official or unofficial patterns, tangling surface, etc -- the sky is the limit! The only requirement is that what you create IS a zentangle (in the very broadest interpretation of the term).

So give something totally wild a try, and don't be afraid to fail!
