ATC CHINESE VALENTINE

I love making ATC's for holidays that are different from the ones I usually celebrate. I didn't even know that China celebrated their own Valentine's Day!

Chinese Valentine's Day is always celebrated on the 7th day of the 7th month according to the lunar calendar, which means the date is different every year.

This year Chinese Valentine's Day will be celebrated on Friday, August 17.

This holiday is also known as The Daughter's Festival, because it remembers young girls who are looking for love.

SWAP DETAILS:

Make your partner one (1) ATC that portrays some aspect of Chinese Valentines Day. Follow normal ATC guidelines; they must be 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches. Mail in a protective sleeve, so that your card arrives safely.

Any media/method is acceptable. Just please don't slap a sticker or single image on an ATC background and call it done. Put some thought and creativity into your creation. Your partner will appreciate it!
