SCOOBY DOO! ATC + MA & Flat surprise

The new Scooby Doo postage stamps are out which inspired me to create this swap!

Make an ATC with a Scooby Doo theme and send it along with a Scooby flat surprise to your partner.

The flat surprise can be one of the new Scooby stamps, stickers, rubber stamp images (if those exist), a bookmark or postcard...as long as it is Scooby related! Yes, this means including other characters from the Scooby Doo cartoon.

Now, decorate the envelope to match this theme and send it off!
