For this swap you will decorate the front & back of an envelope in a rainbow theme. The way you interpret that is up to you. You can make an actual rainbow on a bight sunny day, make a unicorn pooping a rainbow (hehe), make the envelope itself striped with rainbow colors, maybe make a rainbow colored animal.
