Imagine you can have anyone you like dead or alive over to your house for dinner. Who would it be and why? This swap requires you to 1. Write a letter (2 pages minimum but ideally nice long letters) explaining which 4 guests (minimum) you would choose and why, and how you would imagine that they would interact. Send a little bit of biographical information about at least two of your guests so that your partner can learn about interetsing people. You may know a lot about them ( it could by your favoutite aunt even) or it could be someone whose information you can just print off the Internet. If you pick someone who is really really famous (Bill Clinton say) try to make the biographical information more than 'He was USA President' - educate your partner about the people you thnk are really cool. If you have a big table in your house and want more guests that's fine. If you want to send more biogs - fine. Typewritten letters are fine so that you need only compose one and send to each partner but I always think that some personal touch on it is nice too). No gift required on this one for those of use who are have signed up to too many swaps and are suffering postage overload! Newbies very welcome. People with more than one no send not welcome unless you email me to show how your profile shows that you are actually a good swapper with unfair no sends. I would be grateful if you coudl just check that out and see if it is for you. If it's a choice between this swap and that one - join that one!

I want to apologize to my current swap partners that I am running a little late. My sister needed to come up immediately to start getting moved in. We've been working three days straight and I have had no time for anything else...even sleep! After work tomorrow, I am dedicating my late afternoon and evening to get caught up. I'm sorry! I hope the special packages I put together for you will make up for it!

sam- fantastic menu and the guest list isn't bad either. I too admire Princess Diana a lot and Meatloaf is one of my fav rockers, I too had his bat out of hell record as a child!! Thank you for the great letter.

I received a fantasy dinner letter today, but it has no name on it. The first guest was Curtis Stone. If whoever sent me the letter lets me know I will rate you :)

GiddyUp & MAM, your swaps are finally heading out. I've had major technical difficulties, so I burned everything to a disc in pdf format (which means anyone should be able to open it, regardless of format) and checked it on 2 other computers. Please let me know if everything is okay.
