Mother's Day Tea Party Swap

It has been a family tradition for the past 18 years to hold a Mother's Day tea for the mothers and daughters in my family and friends who might have kids out of state and are alone on the day, or sons and they enjoy some time with the ladies.

For this swap we will share at least 2 recipes you would make for a tea. Teas are more than cucumber sandwiches and scones. You can have cold soup, a light salad, fruit, sweets - so much stuff.

You are always welcomed to add more recipes, give a complete menu of your ideal Mother's Day tea, or if your partner likes them, toss in a tea bag so they can have their own cuppa on Mother's Day.
