Description:

Can't believe I've been hosting these swap rounds for two years, yay! If you've joined previous rounds (at least 3) then feel free to join my Happy Mail, Yay! RAK here.

Don't you just love getting home and finding awesome and colorful mail in your mailbox? If you do, then this is the swap for you.

This is a low cost swap, and I'm hosting it on a monthly basis.

The requirements are:

Send a super cute envelope, using any medium you want, stickers, washi tape, rubber stamps, anything, just make sure it looks super cute. No sticker slapping, this is a mail art swap, you have to put your heart into it. There's no need to be extra talented, but you need to do your best to make your partner happy.

Look through your stash and include the following flat items:

  • 1 sticker sheet
  • 5 washi tape samples (12 inch/30 centimeters each)
  • 1 postcard
  • 1 teabag
  • 3 items of your choice, store-bought or handmade. Some ideas: bookmarks, tags, die cuts, stationery, ATCs, blank notecards, handmade envelopes, confetti, postage stamps, ephemera, smash bits, project life cards, the list is endless. Please also include a nice note for your partner in pretty stationery and don't forget to include your username and swap name.

This is a sender's choice swap, so you can get started on your swap as soon as you want. It's always nice to check your partner's profile, but ultimately this is sender's choice, so if you receive something you don't like, you can send it in another round of these swaps or any other swap.

The total weight of your envie should be no more than 40-50 grams, so that neither of us spends too much on postage. Use postage stamps if possible.

Requirements: People with a 4.98 rating and a minimum of 40 rated type 2 and 3 swaps (rated, not just sent). You must have been a Swap-bot member for the past 6 months and have been online at least 2 days before partners are assigned. No recent or unexplained 1's or 3's. I reserve the right to ban swappers as I see fit.

Please rate your partner promptly and if there's any issues with your outgoing/incoming mail, get in touch with your partner (and me if needed). Remember communication is key.

I will angel this swap in case someone flakes, but I'll make sure to remove all questionable swappers and make this swap as safe as possible.

If you have any questions, suggestions or doubts, please don't hesitate to contact me or add a comment below.

Remember you can use #happymailyay on social media to share your Happy Mail, Yay! pics.

Happy swapping everyone!

hi there! Greetings! I just joined and very excited. Happy to start swopping! Who do we pair up with?

satinification 04/19/2018 #

Hello, I just signed up, but I have a small question. I am a member since Nov 2017. Is it counts as 6 month? I hope so, because I love happy mail :)

milamilamura 04/19/2018 #

@PatCraft888 you haven't signed up for the swap, and you are new and have a blank profile, I suggest you fill it out and wait until you qualify for these rounds of swaps.

Hi @satinification I had to ban you because if you joined in November, you'll turn 6 months on Swap-bot in May, not April. Feel free to join next month!
