PLEASE READ EDIT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SWAP DESCRIPTION! If you have any questions about this swap, please send me a private message. There's no such thing as a silly question. This is a postcard swap that can help you get started on your ratings. Veteran swappers welcome, too! It's really quite simple. And lots of fun! 1) Purchase or choose a postcard from your collection, if you have one. It is sender's (your) choice on what the postcard is, although I ask you to be respectable and don't send anything that could potentially be offensive. 2) Please write a short poem, a nice quote, or a haiku poem on the postcard. Don't forget to write your user name and the name of this swap somewhere on the postcard so your partner can properly rate! 3) Address to your partner, affix the proper postage, and mail by the "items must be sent by" date. Don't forget to mark your item(s) "sent", AFTER you've put it in the outgoing mail.. Please, once you've received the postcard from your partner, remember to rate them accordingly. This is a sender's choice swap, so even if the picture doesn't tickle your fancy, please rate a 5 if it was sent on time, and met the above posted requirements. I've given plenty of time to send. This should not be a problem. Please note- If you have any recent 1 or 3 ratings within 2017- now, this is not the swap for you. Helpful tip: Work on filling out your profile so your swap partner can get to "know" you, like things you collect, hobbies, do you like to read? Do you like music? Sports? Do you craft? Are you collecting postcards, stickers, note cards? Do you like tea, coffee? Do you have any pets? Favorite color? Etc. Look at other profiles for ideas and inspiration. I'll angel this swap, hoping everyone is on board and keeps their promise so I won't have to! Communication is key - Let your partner know if something has come up and you'll be sending late. It is up to them whether or not they rate 5 out of the kindness of their hearts, or 3 if it's late. Ideally to be considered a good swapper, you'd mail on time. If you can't commit, Please don't sign up. ** EDIT; PLEASE NOTE: There have been many instances of people not rating their partners for the swaps. Please rate. It is common courtesy to rate your partner for every swap. Thank you.** Happy Swapping! |
