ISS: Scrappy Background ATC

I have tons of little bits of papers left over from paper crafting projects, and I'm always trying to use up every last little bit. If this sounds like you, this is for us!

You will create one ATC for your partner, with a scrappy background, using up bits of papers you have. Use up those tiny bits of scrapbook papers, book pages, etc to create your background. You can cut your pieces, tear them, layer, cut in patterns. Wherever your creativity takes you. You will then use paints, inks, rubber stamping, collage, embellishments, etc to add at least one more layer to your ATC. You do not need to be an artist. Just take the time to create something special for your partner. No sticker slapping :)

Colors and theme are completely up to you. Make it cute, funky, weird :)

Standard ATC rules apply: Size must be 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches (or 64mm X 89mm). Be sure to use a strong and sturdy backing. On the back of your ATC, please include your name, date, and name of the swap.
