Description:
Take a normal wet baby wipe & fold it into quarters. Place several drops of 2 colors of reinkers that go well together onto the baby wipe. Now dab or pounce onto a sheet of glossy card stock. When dry, stamp or collage onto the standard size ATC. Reinkers are the little bottles of ink that you use to re-ink your stamp pads. Be sure to add a sturdy backing to your ATC.
