3 oz Halloween Ephemera

Pack an envelope full of new or gently used Halloween goodies that you have left over after making all your holiday cards, pocket letters, etc.

Things you may include (though not limited to): washi, diecuts, confetti, sequence, tags, paper, stamps, stamped images, stamps, lace, ribbon, doilies, stencils, etc.

Paper scraps should be no smaller than 2.5x3 unless they are an embellishment.

NO TRASH, dirty/torn items, paperclips, small round paper confetti/hole punch leftovers.

Try not to be too bulky or go over 3 oz (but you should be as close as possible) so you can keep postage at the letter rate.

As always will review swappers before assigning for flakers/non raters, etc.
