Description:

You will have ONE partner. You are to send 25 wrapped items. These items will be Scrapbook supplies and Craft supplies related items. Each item must be at least $1.00 value making the total value of $25.00 for 25 items. You can certainly go over that amount if you wish to do so. Shipping cost is extra. Each item must be store bought unopened packaged item.. NO handmade items except for the Christmas card (not part of 25 items) that you'd like to add, but that can be store bought, too. You are to number each wrapped item starting from #1, #2, #3, etc. The reason there 25 wrapped gifts is because starting on December 1st, #1 wrapped gift will be open, December 2nd, #2 wrapped gift will be open, etc. #25 is the best gift to open since that will be on Christmas day.

This swap is profile based. After all, you want your swap partner to like the items that they open, right? With that being said, profiles MUST have a "likes" or "wish list". This swap is for scrapbooking supplies and crafting supplies related items. When mailing your items, please use a USPS Priority Mail PADDED flat rate envelope which includes delivery confirmation, but you can certainly go larger.

*** PLEASE NOTE: Not all Post Office carries the USPS Priority Mail padded flat rate envelope which measures: 9 1/2 x 12 1/2. You may have to order it online at usps.com website, it is free to order these envelopes and ships to your home for free, but it will cost approximately $7.20 (unless price has changed) to mail out. *

Again, it must be the PADDED flat rate envelope, NOT the regular flat rate envelope.

Re-cap on Guidelines (requirements) to follow:

USA only ONE partner Profile base 25 wrapped gifts, label as #1, #2, #3 etc Store bought items. No handmade. Value of EACH item is $1.00 or more, up to $25.00 for 25 items total, but you can go over, it's up to you. Must use USPS Priority Padded flat rate envelope (includes delivery confirmation tracking number), but you can go larger if need be which cost more. Must mail items by Tuesday, November 21, 2017. Remember, Thanksgiving is that same week and the Post Office is closed on Thursday, Nov 23, 2017, so there might be an added day or so for delivery. Delivery can take up to 3 days or so which should be enough time to open their first wrapped gift on December 1, 2017.

** IMPORTANT:** Hang on to your receipt or Write down Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number. Then PM (private message) your swap partner of the delivery confirmation number.

Rating is 4.99 and above. NO 1s or 3s in 2017. Must be active in Swap Bot. Must have at least 30 Type 3 swaps completed. I will ban swappers if I find things questionable on their profile and/or don't have a "likes" or "wish list" on their profile before the last signup date which is November 5, 2017. I will NOT be able to angel. Please don't be a Scrooge and flake out or you'll be in Santa's Naughty List - that's not cool. This swap is a huge commitment. If you feel you cannot agree to the terms and guidelines, then this swap is not for you.

Let's try to have fun in this swap. This will be my 6th year hosting this swap.

I honestly did open each numbered wrapped gift on each day which felt like Christmas every day.

You said a specific envelope for this swap, but can we mail it in a box and wrap the box up? As long as it is padded and will make it there safely, and has tracking on it? Just want to make sure? I'd feel safer if I mailed in a box then an envelope plus I could fit more stuff in it?

Hello. On the second paragraph, I did specify to use a USPS padded envelope, but you can certainly go larger. With that being said, that's fine, I'm not sure how much shipping will cost for you to use the box, but please make sure there is a tracking number for you to PM your swap partner. Thank you.

Hello @Love2ScrapNCraft I'd really love to join this swap but I am concerned with the fact that it is profile based. So many times when I read profiles for partners I find that their wish and likes lists are filled with higher priced items. Can you some how make it a requirement to have items in their wish lists that are around the $1 requirement for the swap?

Love2ScrapNCraft 11/ 3/2017 #

@aligurl75 - Hello! yes, I did state that on my first paragraph that each item should be at least a $1.00 in value. These items are scrapbook and craft related items. Another requirement is to have a wish and/or like list to make it easier on their swap partner for ideas. I hope this helps. This is my 6th year hosting this swap and its been fun. Thank you for your interest.

Just putting this out here for my partner...if you find vintage items that you feel meet my profile feel free to get them for me and I will not rate you down for the items not being brand new!
