please mention if deco & masking tape is allowed or not ^_^

@sashaholic thank you for the reminder. I edited the swap description to exclude those.

Can you please define Washi Tape? This is up for debate, and though I'd love to join your swap, I don't want to make a mistake in the definition of Washi for this swap,

Thank you,

@Dictionary as long as it's a paper based crafting tape you're good. If it's a tape that's like the Scotch tape or Duct Tape brands those are not considered Washi In my book. You want it to rip easily and not stick to itself.

LaurenPappas 09/14/2017 #

And not stick to itself to the point it damages the tape. You want to be able to peel it easily.

Scotch tape actually is now sold as Washi, and it acts like Washi- removable, and can be put in different positions. I guess my question is where you would get it. I'm not trying to be a pain, but Washi is defined in different ways.

@Dictionary Most major craft stores carry it. You can even find it at Walmart. My suggestions would be Etsy, Michaels, Jo Ann Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, etc. I hope this helps. Honestly if your partner has an etsy wish list for washi already prepared, When the partners are assigned, it might just be easier to order 3 rolls from their wish list!
