Description:
Let's make a Halloween paper bunting! Even if you don't have a mantel, you can hang it up somewhere else . . . Your bunting should have at least 5 'flags' (or circles, or whatever shape you choose), that measure at least 2.5 inches (can be longer). These should be strung on something (ribbon, twine, wire, etc) with loops on the end for hanging. Decorate your pieces as much or as little as you like. Any Halloween style is great except gory.
