Description:

I was trying to think up a new topic for a swap and realized that what I need to do is just relax! There are always a million things going on in our lives that definitely inhibit relaxing. So this swap is going to be for somethings that help us to relax. Please fill a shoe box or there abouts with things that are great for relaxing. It could be things relating to baths (bath salts, a soft fluffy towel & wash-cloth, etc.) to nice candles, soothing drinks (tea, hot chocolate, etc.), Soothing music Cd's, scented eye pillows, massage oils, etc. etc. etc. You could include home-made things, store bought, or a combination of. We will each have one partner. Please be generous and send someone something to really be thrilled with! Enjoy the swap!

Hi, I love this idea, but two partners?? I can imagine the postage would be quite steep for a shoebox containing body care type products. Would you consider revising it so we could really splurge? I'd rather get one nice box full of lovelies than two stingy ones. . .

I love this theme.

what should the value of the package be?

imyorehuckleberry 05/27/2006 #

No problem! I switched it to be 1 partner. I would say the value should be $25.00 at least, but I hate putting values on things because I don't want it to limit people. Please put together a lovely package that someone would be THRILLED to get.

Oh I just HAD to join this one! I make a lot of bath stuff so if my partner would prefer to NOT receive homemade bath things please let me know as soon as we find out who our partners are.

Just so people know, you can send a flat rate priority box for $8.10 anywhere within the United States through USPS. Also, you can send a flat rate global priority mail envelope (can weigh upto 4 pounds) anywhere in the world for $7 to $9.

Hello,

I just wanted to let you know that I am sending on Tuesday the 27th. My fiance and I had to pay for three new tires for our car and it was unexpected. So we've had to rearrange things. I apologize for being late but it will be sent!

I just received the best package EVER! Full of soaps, candles, candies, teas, and even a wind chime. Now I am going to go relax! Thank you Carrie!!!
