Description:
Take a normal wet baby wipe & fold it into quarters. Place several drops of 2 colors of reinkers that go well together onto the baby wipe. Now dab or pounce onto a sheet of glossy card stock. When dry, stamp or collage onto the standard size ATC. Reinkers are little bottles of ink that you use to reink your dried out stamp pad. Be sure to add a sturdy backing to your ATC.
