VC: Bobby Soxers ATC

Create one ATC for your partner, using the "bobby sox" era (1940's and early 1950's) as your inspiration: bobby socks, poodle skirts, the malt shop, juke boxes...you get the drift! I can think of so many ways to make this special...and I'll bet you can, too! Just do your best, and remember the basic ATC rules: sturdy backing, 2.5x3.5 inches, finished ATC secured in a plastic or paper envelope...but most importantly, have a blast making this one!
