Unlike the recent swap for standard decorative pretty papers, this swap is going to be for the unconventional pretty papers, that is papers that are "pretty" but weren't specifically designed to be appealing as art materials. What falls into this category are book pages, map sections, sheet music, security envelope liners, magazine pages, calendar pages...

Send your partner one dozen unconventional pretty papers, no smaller than 4"x6" each, no more than 3 selections of the same paper type.

Is it okay if I ask that my partner doesn't send me origami papers? I won't rate down if someone does - perhaps not noticing this note, but generally I'm not crazy about that paper. Otherwise, I'm crazy about unconventional pretty paper. :-)

Origami papers wouldn't be appropriate for this swap anyway, Angie. Anything specifically decorative by design shouldn't be sent for this swap.
